5. Subscription and Payments

• Paid subscriptions grant access to premium content and features - they are not a purchase of guaranteed returns, winning picks, or profitable outcomes
• Subscription fees are for access to entertainment content only
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Wacky Pix does not store your full payment card details.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues through the end of your current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Wacky Pix, its owners, operators, employees, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
• This includes, without limitation, any financial losses incurred from betting or wagering decisions made in connection with content provided by the Service
• In no event shall Wacky Pix's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
